The rules to monitor suspicious activities have default values if they are not defined by the customer. To change any of the variables the customer needs to get in touch with CSM and define the thresholds and variables to be applied if default ones are not fitting for their purpose.
The amounts are expressed in a number, being this number of appliances to EUR and GBP values (5k EUR or 5K GBP). Then, on demand, we can update the values of the rules as required to our Customer Success team. Following you can find the set of rules and variables you can customise according to your needs and regulatory requirements:
- Flag all payments where the client exceeds by 20% of its Daily/Weekly of their View Limit Value (VLV) or by 10% Monthly of View Limit Value. VLV is the total amount of the transactions in the timeframe.
