What is Trunarrative, and why do we use it?

Trunarrative is a third-party compliance platform that TOQIO uses to help automate the digital Onboarding Process.

The TOQIO team sets up a segregated sub-organization in Trunarrative. This is set up as part of TOQIO's standard onboarding journey. Once setup is complete, you receive an email inviting you to activate your user within Trunarrative.

ACCESS
You are granted access to your own segregated Trunarrative portal with admin permissions. Once you have access, you can invite whoever else you wish. With admin rights, you will be able to create admission groups and assign clients to them.

Trunarrative training will be provided to ensure that your team completely understands how to use the Trunarrative Platform.

We use Trunarrative to facilitate your Identity Verification, eKYC & eKYB, Fraud Detection, AML Compliance, FRAML, Risk Assessment, and Account Monitoring in a single solution through one API.
